how to get into blocked websites in school

Bored at school, and want to get around the internet filter? Learn how to bypass school internet filters and unblock blocked websites with our guide.

Schools are increasingly blocking out certain websites that they don't want you visiting on campus. It only makes sense that they don't want you to visit sites that feature pornography or information regarding criminal activities such as drug use. However, it seems like they are blocking more and more sites that don't really cause any harm such as Bebo, MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Tagged, and Yahoo. Being able to access these sites could really make a boring class go by a bit quicker, so here are some easy to follow directions that allow you to crack blocked websites that should have you back to surfing in no time.

Step 1:

What are websites to use around blocked websites?

Visit the website Vtunnel (1). There are a few websites that allow you to bypass firewalls and surf the web anonymously, but this site is a bit more reliable than the others when it comes to unblocking blocked websites. Sites like this pop up and disappear all the time, but luckily this one stays up most of the time.

Virtual-Browser (2) is another great site with similar capabilities. However, it charges a fee of $20 for 3 months in order to get to most sites like MySpace and Bebo.Depending on your budget, it might be worth it to break through the internet filter.

Step 2:

Type in the name of the site that you wish to visit. Near the top of the homepage for either site, you should see a text box that asks you to type in a web address. It is as easy as that. After you've typed in the address you wish to visit -- www.myspace.com for example -- just press ‘enter' or click the grey button next to or underneath the text box ("Begin Browsing" on Vtunnel, "Begin Virtually Browsing" on Virtual-Browser).

Step 3:

Enjoy the internet. You should now be able to visit any website you like, as long as you're browsing it through the Vtunnel website. When doing so, you should see the ‘Vtunnel' banner at the top of the webpage that you are currently browsing. Whenever you want to visit a different page, simply type the web address into the text box that is featured in this Vtunnel banner. If your school has blocked vtunnel, you should still get the banner at the top of the page. On the banner there is a link that asks if the page has been blocked. Simply follow the link and it will take you to a page that contains over a hundred sites that are great for getting past school firewalls, just like Vtunnel.

As you can see, getting past school firewalls that prevent you from surfing the web just couldn't be easier, as long as you know which sites will help you gain access. You should still be careful when surfing the web at school though; you don't want the teachers to catch on to Vtunnel and the other sites similar to it. You should also be careful online as some of the sites are blocked for good reason and you shouldn't be visiting them while at school. If you're caught visiting sites with pornography or illegal material, you could be suspended. Also, some schools have monitoring software and will still be able to tell that you got around their internet filter. You might be bored, but getting suspended for getting around the internet filter probably isn't worth it!
